Follow the return procedure:

• Contact us for return instructions indicating the reason for the return. The unopened product must be returned, undamaged*  within 14 days of purchase in the original shipping container. We are not able to reimburse you for shipping charges**.

• We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges**, within 5 business days from the date the item was returned. You can either choose to receive a refund or a credit toward a replacement order.

• We have an unconditional 60 days money-back guarantee on the first orders of all products. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, we will refund your money less shipping charges**.

 

*Damaged Items: Please contact us if you receive damaged items and we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund for the damaged product.  If your item is damaged and was delivered to you by a third party that was not the original shipper, you will need to make a claim with that third-party carrier.
